Who we are
Puzzlby is a small UK business run by a sole trader. For anything about your information, email hello@puzzlby.com.
What we collect
Launch list. If you join the list, we keep your email address and the time you joined. We use it for one thing: to email you when Puzzlby opens. We don't use it for anything else and we never sell or share it for marketing.
Security. To stop abuse, the site counts requests from each internet address for a short time. It doesn't store the address itself, only a scrambled version, and the counts expire within the hour.
Cookies. The launch page sets no cookies. If you later buy and sign in, we use one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we're allowed to
We email you because you asked us to by ticking the box (your consent). You can withdraw it any time by emailing us, and we'll remove you.
How long we keep it
Until we've sent the launch email, then we delete the list within three months. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we do it straight away.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts the website and stores the list.
- Resend sends our emails.
Both are US-based companies, so your information may be processed outside the UK. They're bound by data protection terms with safeguards recognised under UK law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@puzzlby.com and we'll reply within a month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Before we start selling
When Puzzlby opens for orders, this page will be updated to cover buying, setting up a calendar, photos, videos and gift cards. We won't use your launch-list email for any of that.
